Given that,

l = 2 m

w = 120 rpm = 12.57 rad/s

Moment of inertia of bar about given axis,

l = (1/12)*ml^2

l = (1 / 12)*0.5*2^2 = 0.166 kg.m^2

Angular momentum,

L = l*w

L = 0.166*12.57

L = 2.094 kg.m^2 / s
