We find fats in our diet primarily in meats and seafood, dairy, oils, and solid fats. Using a meal you recently ate or a dish you recently prepared, list two ingredients/items that contained fat. Then, list the type of fat (saturated, trans, monounsaturated or polyunsaturated). Is the type of fat you listed healthy or not? If not, what change could you make to correct this?
