To some extent it is possible that doctors can influence their own demand. Doctors are known by their own work if his specialization is more and he is known for his good work then he will attract more demand. Consumers will be willing to go to is clinic only.

In addition, sometimes doctors themselves spread some disease and they only have the vaccine for that. In that sense demand will increase for them.

This is also known as physical induced demand.
