What can be done to over come racial and gender inequality in the USA?

Race, ethnicity, gender equality etc. are still talk of the town of developed nations. The strangest thing is that they boast of themselves as well educated, civilized and mannered. Do people who still practice these inequalities really know what is meant by these terms. If white people in the US say that it is their land and all the others are inferior to them, they should be the first ones to be removed from the land of the Native Americans. White settlers and other Europeans have destroyed thousands of civilizations across the globe only to find themselves still being arrogant and dishonest. I\'m not blaming everyone but only those who are still practicing this. This is now getting reversed that all the other racial groups have adopted similar style across the globe. In order to overcome this,
1. People need to be educated from home that the blood is same for all inside and all the human beings have same organs and no one has got a horn on their head.
2. Schools need to take enough measures to bring down racial issues among the students.
3. Government policies shouldn\'t focus white skin, instead it should focus on US citizens, Black, white, red.
4. There should be severe punishments for racial abuses and it should be same for all.
5. Deeper awareness programmes should focus to spread the message very clearly that white doesn\'t mean pure and black doesn\'t mean dirt. They are afterall colours which will fade away but what\'s inside won\'t fade away.
Gender inequality is another serious issue and if someone thinks that they have achieved gender equality it\'s wrong. The inequality can be overcome if,
1. Equal political opportunity is given to women. As for as now it\'s very less.
2. Employment equality is given. As for as now, if a woman and man with the same qualifications apply for a job, the man will get the job because the woman in the employer\'s eyes will discontinue at anytime.
3. Occupational distribution is done well. Today more women are doing the once men only job but not many men are doing the once women only job.
4. Salary difference is stopped. Now men and women are paid differently for the same job.
5. Social view need to be changed. There is still a traditional mindset that men should work outside and women should take up the household chores and children.
