Is it fair to test kids to see if they have biological trait

Is it fair to test kids to see if they have biological traits related to crime, even if they have never committed a single offense? Should offenders by typed on the basis of their biological characteristics?

No it is not fair to test the kids to see if they have biological traits related to crime , because one cannot simply treat an innocent person , as if he is criminal. And being kids , these tests may cause a bad effect on them , and they might resort to criminal behavior later , if the tests come out to be positive . This way we may open the wide world of crime infront of them , way before they could have actually discovered it themselves.

Even the offenders should not be typed on the basis of their biological characteristics , because it is not necessary that if a parent is criminal , his/her kids will turn out to be criminals too.
