How would you apply this information on intelligence to a variety of specific situations: The honor student, the average, but well-liked student, and the student with special needs? Can a standard of intelligence be applied to everyone?

Solution

A standard of intelligence cannot be applied to everyone as problem solving abilities, coping strategies , decision making abilities, memory etc the concepts of cognition, perception and behavior,summing up the intelligence varies from person to person. The concept of intelligence should be used to cater the need of different types of students rather than standardizing it.
