1. Safety measures in operation room

-appropriate patient preparation with all prior screenigntests and all, sterile the operating instruments and room before the surgery. clear communcation and time out is important before starting any surgical procedure. Fire safety settings must be placed ad proper hand washing, waering sterile gowns are the safety measures.

2. Aseptic precautions

The goal of aseptic technique is to protect the patient by preventing or minimizing postoperative infection by using sterile insrtuments ans materials, proper handwashing, sterile the room after each surgery, Display the manufacturing dates of all drugs uses in OR. Follow the techniques for wearing surgical gown glouse, mask, cap and all.

3. Observe the body during surgery

Body gets paralasied and patient would be unconscious level, during the surgery anesthatist needs to observe patient heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse. Bring them under control with medication if it alters .

4. Ethical issues in OR

In peri operting room surgeon has to clearly explain about the procedure that vedio needs to be captured othewise it will be a problem in the future. Inform consent form is mandatory.

Effective communication is very improtant among team members. follow aspectic precautions and surgical guidelines etc.Participate actively. Cooperate each other in sharing instruments.team members should not be like absent mind.
