The speakers in the audio represent the view of politicians for example the presidents of USA who convince their audience and general public in the society that they will strongly work for the welfare of the people in the society along with developing a set of rules and policies for mutual understanding and infrastructure development of the country. The speakers use a variety of communication skills with emphasis on the usage of words and particular applications of phrases and clauses with comparison and analysis of the the efforts of various people working for the benefit of society.Further they deeply understand the demands of public and people in society and decide to uplift the various communities and races in the society according to their merit and hardwork with providing job opportunities and awards for the meritorious work done in the society.

The person involved in delivering the speech should be able to make people concentrate on the points on which the speaker will like to continue his work for political benefits and for improving the civic amenities and infrastructure in society.The speaker is able to convey his message and his efforts to people through speeches and is able to perfectly deliver his emotions, and his basic working principles, rules and policies effectively therough communication skills.
