Transformation efficiency = Total number of cells growing on the agar plate/Amount of DNA spread on the agar plate

Total number of cells growed = 800

Plasmid DNA concentration = 1000µg/ml = 1µg/µl

Amount of DNA spread on the agar plate = 50µl = 50µg

So Transformation efficiency = 800/50

= 16cfu/µg
